Millennials represent more than one quarter of the nation’s population, about 83.1 mill (US Census Bureau). They have not had the warmest reception to the workforce. Many have been subjected to generalizations of being “lazy,” “entitled” or “who lack understanding.”
Millennials enjoy social responsibility and ethical conduct. They tend to support businesses that carry our responsible ethical decisions. Millennials will often ask more questions before they make purchases and they play a more conservative role than the openness to change.
It’s a fact, businesses need to pay more attention to this consumer in the future and be prepared for the accountability along the way.
